Good to know
Do I need to install anything on my sites?
No. Uptime, SSL, security headers, performance and screenshots work from the outside with just a URL. For WordPress, an optional plugin adds exact plugin and theme versions and file-integrity checks.
How often are sites scanned?
Full scans run hourly by default, with uptime checks every 5 minutes. Sites with an open critical alert are re-checked every 5 minutes until the fix is verified.
What counts as a visual change?
Each full-page screenshot is compared with the previous one. Changes under 2% of the page, such as rotating banners or dates, are ignored. You can adjust the threshold per site.
Can my clients see their reports?
Yes. Reports can be shared as a link or a PDF with your own logo and colours, or scheduled to email your client every month.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Your existing sites keep being monitored. You will be asked to upgrade before adding another site.
